Description

The sales consultant should develop strategies in order to promote and sell the Group solutions and services to clients and customers. Duties and Responsibilities •Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets as set by management •Identify the needs of a customer and provide the best solution / services to make sure those needs are fulfilled •Maintain contact and build lasting relationships with customers •Manage a sales territory and create a customer base •Establish, develop, maintain and manage relationships with Clients through regular contact and face-to-face meetings to drive company revenue with the sales of services/solutions •Deliver demonstrations to customers and educate them about the solutions •Keep records of all interactions with customers •Be aware of the latest market trends and remain updated on solution knowledge •Maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards •Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks •Ensure understanding of the company solution and service •Identifying and developing new clients Skills and Specifications •A proven successful track record in IT or Consultancy Sales •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly competitive environment •A proven ability to build strong client relationships •A proven ability to achieve and exceed set targets •Good networking skills and deal with a wide variety of customers and client companies •An understanding of both local and national IT markets •Outgoing, energetic and confident •Strong negotiation skills Computer Engineering Degree from a reputable university is a must
